Adelina Bichis is a London based award-winning editor, with feature, documentary and short film credits. Her films have screened at international film festivals like Tribeca, Rotterdam, SXSW, Edinburgh and East End Film Festival.

She took a BA in Film Editing and Sound at the Romanian National Film School in Bucharest, which led to her first job in the film industry as an assistant editor for Francis Ford Coppola’s film “Youth Without Youth”. Later on she moved to London where she completed with Honours an MA in Film Editing at the prestigious National Film and Television School in the UK.

Throughout the years she has edited several multi-awarded features, documentary and short films, most notably, the feature documentary “We are Many” directed by Amir Amirani which was long-listed for the Documentary Feature category of the 88th Academy Awards, the feature film “Acucar” which she edited in Brazil and had its premiere in Rotterdam Film Festival in 2018, the feature film “Wild Honey Pie!” directed by Jamie Adams and starring Jemima Kirke and Alice Lowe, which was nominated for the Adam Yauch Hornblower Award in SXSW Film Festival in 2018 and Dolly Wells’ feature directorial debut “Good Posture” starring Emily Mortimer and Grace van Patten, which premiered in Tribeca Film Festival in 2019.
