Samar has been working in the Film Industry for 20 years. Most of that time was spent as a Key 2nd Assistant Director and then as a Production Manager/Producer. Working on films such as Kenneth Branagh’s ‘Cinderella’ for Disney, Tim Burton’s ‘Dumbo’ for Disney and Robert Zemeckis film ‘The Witches’ for Warner Bros. She has also produced short films that have had international critical acclaim with directors such as Destiny Ekaragha and starring Emily Blunt. Samar Associate Produced a Feature Doc “We Are Many” for Amirani films. She is a member of the DGA & Bafta and is a Co- Director of Calltime Company Ltd which encourages young people of all backgrounds to enter the film industry as trainee’s with guided support and training. She currently has several films in development as an independent producer as well as working for Warner Bros on a tentpole franchise movie as a Production Manager.
